Chapter 17
Sophie looked at Damon, who was making sarcastic remarks and pinched his face, which was the same as Leo’s,
“Didn’t I teach you enough? If something happens, you run very fast!”
Fortunately, Damon ran fast. If Leo had seen him, he might find out who he was!
His genes are too powerful. Who would have thought that the son she gave birth to would look so similar to that silly man? This was also one of the reasons why she did not bring Damon back.
Damon didn’t know what had happened to Sophie was about at all. He hadn’t seen the police. He was taken downstairs by a few bodyguards. If he hadn’t bitten someone and took the opportunity to escape, he would have been kidnapped now.
How would his Mommy have found him?
Sophie took Damon out of the police station, got into the car, and when she checked her phone, she saw an additional email in the mail app.
“Hello Night, I’m Leo Walton”
When she saw the subject of the email, Sophie raised her eyebrows.
The content of the email was probably to ask Night to help with medical treatment, and the reward was fine.
The email was forwarded to Sophie by her assistant, Amy. Night had treated several severe and life–threatening diseases and also carried out surgeries in the past few years and was rumoured to be a miracle doctor who could rejuvenate her body.
People also believed Night was mysterious; no one knew her contact information or age. They only knew that she seemed to be a Lady.
Over the years, Leo had been looking for Sophie and had sent her countless emails, but Sophie never paid attention to them.
She remembered that at the banquet today, Leo seemed to be looking for Night.
At that moment, assistant Amy called, “Ma’am, Leo Walton is really persistent. I will reject him like before, saying you don’t have time.”

“Mmm.”
In the huge villa, Leo looked at his sleeping daughter. Fortunately, she was fine. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have allowed that woman to go.
Then, he scolded Jake for his silliness. Jake was dumbfounded and did not understand his Father’s words at all.
He secretly ran out with his sister, and he takes full responsibility for that, but what did he mean when he said he peed all over him?
After Leo had finished scolding the child, he picked up his phone and discovered that there was a new email in his mail app, which was a reply from Night.
He opened it, and there was no doubt it was still a rejection.
It was rumoured that Night can revive a person even if he was already in the cold hands of death.

Chapter 17
Grandma Esther had always been in poor health. She was lucky enough to receive Night’s treatment back then, and she has become very healthy in the past few years.
So he wanted Night to save jake and Anabel as well. The condition of the two children was terrible. Anabel never spoke, and her health was feeble, while Jake had a mental problem. He had dual personalities.
Even Esther couldn’t get in touch with Night anymore, no matter how hard she tried.
Leo’s phone rang, and It was Esther calling.
As soon as the call got connected, before Leo could say anything. Esther started to scold him, “Dumb boy, didn’t I ask you to pick Sophie up at the airport today?*
“What?” Leo had already forgotten about this.
He was too busy to go to the airport.
“Did you turn deaf ears to my words again? She’s the granddaughter of a good friend from my childhood. Like you, she also has a child. She is gorgeous and very nice.”
“How can you be a good person and have a child before marriage?” Leo started having a headache due to the matter’s complexity.
“Leo Walton!” The old lady was angry, “You think I don’t know why you are acting this way. Well, unless I die, that person named Matilda will not be able to enter the Walton family’s door!”
Matilda had racked her brains, drawing up numerous strategies over the years to become Mrs Walton, but she had never succeeded.
“Grandma, the relationship between Matilda and I is not what you think.” Leo wanted to explain.
Esther interrupted him almost immediately, “I don’t care; now you have to call Sophie to apologise. I’ll send you her number. Her name is Sophie Hades. Please, be polite to her and don’t portray your usual nonchalant attitude with her!”
“What is her name again?” Leo thought the name seemed familiar, as if he had seen it somewhere before.
“Sophie Hades!” Esther Walton repeated impatiently.
Leo quickly scrolled through his phone and saw the message from the lawyer, “Miss Sophie Hades did not try to kidnap the young miss. It was all a misunderstanding.”
Sophie Hades?
The woman he asked the police to take to their station was the date his Grandma had set for him.
