Nathaniel
Meal his chin on his hand, a smirk playing on his lips that was both wicked and charming. “True You look stunning in anything, Luna)
Celica blushed at his compliment. Suddenly, she found him less obnoxious when he wasn’t being overbearing.
The sound of the front door opening indicated that her grandmother had returned.
Celica quickly pointed towards the back door. “Let’s speak about the termination of our mating agreement later. You should leave now.
She didn’t want Elizabeth to see Nathaniel here. Back then, when she joined the Snowwolf Pack, she hadn’t told it to many people, so her grandmother didn’t know about it.
Celica would have a hard time explaining herself if Elizabeth saw her bringing a man home.
Nathaniel couldn’t help but feel rejected. Even though his expression darkened, Celica paid no attention to his mood. She took the initiative to hold his hand and led him towards the backyard.
“Come on. Don’t just stand there.
Feeling the warmth of her hand, he dazedly followed her out of the small gate into the backyard.
Celica released his hand and pushed open the gate, urging him, “Okay, now leave quickly.”
With an empty palm, Nathaniel was somewhat reluctant to let go of Celica’s soft hand. He suddenly had a mischievous idea upon seeing how anxious she was.
“Are you asking me, the Alpha of Snowwolf Pack, to sneak around like a thief?” He put on an expression filled with unwillingness.
Celica was panicking so badly she could start hopping. What is the matter with him anyway? Why is he acting like some spoiled rich boy now?!
She knew that being impatient wouldn’t help. It might be better to try to talk to him and persuade this high and mighty CEO to leave first.
“Please, just leave, okay? The gentle and somewhat weak tone of the young woman sounded particularly pleasant.
Nathaniel gave her a wicked smile, and his deep black eyes were inscrutable. He then cocked his head slightly as he leaned closer to Celica’s ear. “I’ll leave if you give me a kiss.”
The way his hot breath gently brushed the shell of her ear immediately made her heartbeat accelerate, causing her blood pressure to rise instantly.
“You’re acting like a brute again!” Celica turned her head away, her cheeks pink.
Nathaniel found her shy reaction amusing. He took another step closer and whispered, “I heard your grandmother opening the door.”
Celica’s heart pounded with unease. She felt like a child who had done something wrong and was afraid of being caught by her parents.

At that moment, Elizabeth entered the room and called out to Celica several times, but she did not reach

Celica entered from the backyard before she guiltily explained, “Grandma, I was working on a design sketch just now, so I didn’t hear you calling me.”
“Cece, why is your face so red?” Elizabeth asked with concern
Celica instinctively covered her cheeks, noting that they were quite warm. Images of their brief kiss flashed through her mind.
As she hurried into her room, she replied, “It’s just a little warm. Heh!”
And with that, the woman slipped into the room like an agile cat. At that moment, a cool breeze blew in from outside.
The following day was sunny, perfect for going out.
Elizabeth had left for her exercise early in the morning. Hearing a knock at the door, Celica, with a mouthful of bread, hurried to answer it.
“Are you the Luna of Snowwolf Pack?” The delivery person was dressed in a high–end brand uniform.
Celica swallowed her bread and asked, confused, “That’s me. May I help you?”
“We got the right person, then.”
The woman warmly instructed several employees behind her, and they carried three mobile clothing racks filled with the latest women’s clothing from various brands into the room.
“I didn’t order any clothes; did you make a mistake? Celica questioned.

Chapter 26 It’s Just a Little Warm
After the female employees brought the clothes into the room, they handed her a delivery receipt and respectfully informed her, “The Alpha of Snowwolf Pack has paid for it, and we’ve delivered the item Please sign the acknowledgment. If you don’t, the Alpha will blame us
There was no need to guess–only Nathaniel could make such a generous gesture. Since they had gone to the trouble of delivering the clothes all the way here, Celica felt it would be impolite to refuse
After signing her name, the employees left.
Seeing the three large racks of clothing, she had no choice but to push them all into the room.
The previously spacious room suddenly felt somewhat cramped with the addition of all the clothing racks. With her eyebrows furrowed, Celica considered calling Nathaniel to ask him to return the clothes. That was when she realized that she didn’t have his phone number.
He had mentioned her clothes being too dull yesterday, and today, he sent her three full racks of clothing That level of generosity was astounding
These were excellent clothes, and it would be a shame not to wear them. And so, Celica chose a relatively simple outfit, got dressed, and headed out.
Shadearts was quite renowned in the fashion industry. Over the years, it even climbed into the top ten companies internationally,
Getting a job at Shadearts was a dream for many aspiring designers from North Arbington. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that the designers coming from this company could easily stand on their own in the fashion world.
Celica first reported to the HR department. Newcomers usually started as interns, and since the company had two design teams, Celica was assigned to the first team.
The office had an open–plan layout and was well–lit. As soon as Celica walked in, her delicate appearance. immediately captured everyone’s attention.
Lily Barker, the team leader, had a bob of wavy chestnut hair and was wearing the Wild Bluebell cologne. Whether it was the fragrance or her pheromones, she appeared to be a fashionable person with a unique personality.
In just a few sentences, she assigned Celica her position and work tasks.
Upon joining the company, the first challenge for Celica was an intern competition where each intern had to submit their design concept. The team leader would then select the most outstanding design.
Celica submitted a collection she had recently created. Typically, newcomers didn’t participate in the design process right away; instead, they familiarized themselves with the company’s operations.
As the workday neared its end, Lily displayed the most impressive design concept in the common area. “This intern has tremendous potential. Our experienced employees better step up their game, as they might be replaced soon!” she joked.
Only work of the highest quality would catch the team leader’s attention. Upon hearing this, the entire group gathered around to admire the design. The design, with Celica’s signature at the bottom of the page. was truly innovative.
