In the private room. Cohen was talking with Trey and Kaylyn in excitement.
No wonder she has time to fool around with other men today. She didn’t cook herbal soup for you! Kay, just wait and see. Ethan will definitely not let Stella off easily!”
Kaylyn was about to say something when the door of the private room was pushed open.
Erban walked in expressionlessly.

Cohen rolled his eyes after hearing her words.
We all know what she wants to do. She is trying to use Joel to threaten Ethan! How ruthless she is! She even made use of her own child. She is indeed a disgrace to women!”
Trey interrupted Cohen and said, “Cohen, hold your tongue.”
Cohen disregarded Trey’s concerns and continued brashly, “Did I say anything wrong? Look what Stella has done. She’s already married and has a child, yet she comes to bars for other men! She cheated on Ethan!”
“No wonder Joel is becoming less and less fond of Stella. How could a mother be like her? Ethan used to treat her too well!”
“All day long, she idled at home being a wealthy lady and swiping Ethan’s card. She could buy whatever she wanted, but she was still not satisfied! And now, she even wants to spend Ethan’s money on other men!”
At this point, Cohen seemed to think of something and turned to look at Ethan.
“Ethan, I know how to deal with a woman like her. You can freeze her card. Let’s see if she can still act so tough. I guarantee that within three days, she will obediently come back and apologize!”

Stella looked at him and asked tentatively, ‘Do you want me to take you to the hospital?”
The boy hesitated for a few seconds and nodded gently.
Stella asked again, ‘Do I need to inform your parents first?”

any hesitation, the boy shook his head vigorously. His resistance was obvious.
Stella slightly furrowed her brows and wondered, “Is it possible he was abused by his family and thus didn’t want to call his parents?”
T’d better take him to the hospital to get checked, just in case. If there are any serious injuries, I have to call the police.”
Then, Stella said softly, “Well, I’ll tell my friend what happened and take you to the hospital.” She took the initiative to hold the boy’s hand as she spoke.
The boy’s hand was a little cold, as it had been before when Joel’s body had not fully recovered. The doctor said Joel was born weak. It couldn’t be cured in a short period of time and required long–term conditioning.
At that time, she looked at Joel, who was not feeling well, with heartache and remorse, and wished she could bear it for him herself.

“What a beautiful child! He is almost as good–looking as Joel!”
Carina walked quickly up to the boy and held out her hand, trying to pinch his little face.
The boy shied away with a grim face and hid behind Stella, looking very unwilling.
Carina was stunned for a few seconds before she started laughing.
“His reaction is really interesting.”
Stella said, “Carina, forget it. He might not like being touched by others.”
Carina didn’t insist either.“Where are his parents? Is it really okay to take him away like this? I don’t want people to think we’re kidnapping him.”
Stella looked at the little boy again and said, “You really don’t need to inform your family…”
Before she could finish, the boy cut her off. He instinctively gripped Stella’s hand so tightly that she could even feel a slight pain.
“No, I don’t want to inform them!”
Stella shot Carina a despairing glance.
Carina also sighed, “Alright, let’s go to the hospital first.”
