Chapter 91 Stella Accusing Rosaline
The atmosphere shifted instantly when I spoke, causing Caden’s expression to turn cold.
His hands tightened around me.

Well, here we go again with the overbearing CEO act. I pushed against him, trying to avoid his advances.
But Caden’s grip was unyielding, his hands locked around my waist as if I were a captive.
“Let go of me!” I commanded, my voice icy.
“What if I don’t?” Caden smirked, his tone dripping with challenge.
The air in the break room thickened, tension building.
“Go ahead, you jerk. Try something again, and I’ll rip your pants off! Freya shouted, her voice full of energy and defiance.
Caden’s eyes didn’t leave my face, but his gaze lingered on my lips.
I refocused on Freya, my thoughts shifting. If Caden came any closer, I was ready to act.
At that very moment, a knock sounded at the door. “Is anyone in there?” a voice called out.
A second voice, impatient and demanding, followed, “Who the hell locked the break room? Does he think this is his house?”
Caden froze, and his grip loosened, giving me a chance to escape.
Without wasting a second, I shoved Freya down, broke free from Caden’s hold, and snapped at him, “Let go! Someone’s coming.”
He shot me a sharp look before releasing me, and I hurried to open the door. I practically rushed out, leaving two employees frozen in shock as they stared at the CEO, who clearly wasn’t supposed to be there.
I arrived at my desk, slightly out of breath and frustrated by the whole ordeal with Caden.
If this behavior continued, would I have to unleash Freya to keep him at bay?
Just as I was stewing over the situation, my phone rang. It was the police officer from the police station.
“Officer Hodges, what’s up?” I answered, recalling his name and keeping my tone polite.
“Stella’s awake,” Ronald Hodges said, his voice serious.
“Really?” I wasn’t particularly surprised–after all, I had worked tirelessly to revive her.
Ronald continued, “As soon as she regained consciousness, we questioned her. She’s adamant that you pushed her into the water.”
“I see,” I responded, my voice betraying no emotion.

Ronald added, “Ms. Sinclair, we ask that you stay in Rivemon for now and cooperate with our investigation. We’ll get to the bottom of this.”
“I understand,” I replied, not fazed by the request.
Stella’s POV:
This was infuriating.
That Omega, Rosaline, somehow managed to escape my attack and even retaliate.
After being submerged in wolfsbane–laced water, my memory was a bit fuzzy.
I recalled trying to push her into the lake, but it seemed I missed. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in a hospital bed.
But at least there was some consolation–this whole fiasco had made it to trendy search and became one of the top stories.
The online attention was now squarely focused on me.
Rosaline had been utterly condemned in the comments, with everyone attacking her.
I survived, and now, it was time to make sure Rosaline paid.
It was worth almost losing my life to take down that Omega.
My phone rang, and I saw it was Wendy calling.
Wendy’s voice was full of admiration. “Stella, you did great.”
“Don’t worry. Rosaline won’t escape this time! As long as I keep insisting to the police and the media that she pushed me into the water, along with Queenie and the others as witnesses, that Omega is going to prison!
“Well done,” Wendy said, clearly pleased. “Although we didn’t get the exact outcome we wanted, it’s still a good result. By the way, you didn’t leave any traces behind, did you?”
“Of course not,” I answered with confidence. “Before I made my move, I made sure no one else was around, just me and Rosaline. Queenie and the others only showed up after I fell in. No one will know that I slipped.”
“Good. If everything is handled properly, I promise you can return to Eclipse Group.”
“Thank you!” I said, grateful.
This was my moment. I was giving it my all to remove Rosaline and return to Eclipse Group, to be by Caden’s side. I had no room for failure.
Caden’s POV:
Rosaline and Stella’s drama was gaining more traction online.
Since Stella woke up, she’d given several interviews, openly accusing Rosaline of pushing her into the water, The news on trendy search had exploded, and public outrage against Rosaline was building fast.
The media was scrambling for views.

I sat in my office, eyes glued to my computer as I skimmed the latest updates on trendy search, reading all the venom directed at Rosaline.
Yale entered the room, holding something in his hand. “Mr. Holbrook, I found what you requested.”
He handed me a USB drive, which I took and plugged into my computer.
I hit play, watching the content unfold, and finally, a weight lifted from my mind. I nodded, pleased. “Good.”
“Should I have the trendy search regarding Ms. Sinclair taken down?” Yale asked, his voice cautious.
I glanced at the screen, then responded coolly, “No need, now that we have this.”
