Maddox 

After finding out Council member Leah and Lily know about Dagmar, I want to ask her about the whispered conversation that had her fuming. But I do not get the chance.

We hear a scream and then a loud thud from the kitchen. I do not like what I am seeing and from the tension in Dagmar I know that she has to control herself. 

Because Owen does not answer my question, I shout yet again, and it is Sienna that answers the question. Her answer just puts more tension on an already explosive situation. 

Before I can put that little bitch in her place, the front door opens. Alpha Adam is quick to take charge, but that is not to Dagmar’s liking. She tells Marcus to take Lily to the Pack doctor and Sam and Donnie are instructed to assist Samantha. 

I can tell that this is not to the liking of the Black Moon Pack members, but I do not give a shit at this point. Council member Owen takes a step forward and he addresses Sienna. 

Dagmar 

“Sienna, can you tell me how many members of this Pack have studied Werewolf and Lycan history and actually passed the course?” I hear Council member Oren ask. Sienna does not answer, she just stares at him blankly. 

Because he does not get an answer, he turns to the boys “Owen, Leon, Andrew? Can one of you answer that question for me?” And again, there is silence. Council member Eva looks at Alpha Adam and asks: “Do these kids not know what Oren is talking about?” 

Andrew is the one who answers her and everyone can tell she does not like the answer she has been given. “Why would we have to learn about Werewolf and Lycan history? That is so fucking boring. We don’t care about those stupid rules and laws.” 

I will tell you that after that the tension in the kitchen was so tense that you could cut it with a knife. Needless to say, the Council members were not amused. 

After we got back to our house, I went to my room and decided to check in with the home front. I had left Mason in charge while we were away, and I was curious to find out how it was going. 

While my laptop was starting up, I hopped into the shower. I had just soaped up my hair when I heard my door being opened. “In the shower. Will be out in a minute.” I call out to whoever it is that walked into my

“He always stays at the Mansion, Jenna.” She sighs and says: “He stays at the mansion, you’re right about that. But he always goes down to the dungeons. Like the Omega’s here, he is shielded. So, unless you were in there with him…” she trails off. Then she smiles at me and tells me what she has come up with.
