Chapter 20
Today was Wednesday, which meant Oliver’s classes would end early, and he would expect me home as soon as classes ended, too. Since he didn’t get what he wanted this morning, he would want some this night. I didn’t want to get on his bad side, but seeing his angry, grumpy side has always
been fun.
We stepped out of the last class and found Seth standing close to his Prado, and he seemed to be
waiting for us at the parking lot.
Cecil smiled and hurried over to Seth, and the two kissed.
I stepped towards Seth, and my phone rang in my handbag. I reached into it and pulled it out to
have a look. It was Oliver, and after a second of debating, I answered the call.
“Hey, Olly.”
“I miss you.” He whined over the phone instead of returning a ‘hey‘ or ‘hi‘ like normal people do.
“When are you coming back home?”
“In the next hour and thirty minutes, two hours at most.”
He groaned on the other end of the phone, and it sounded as if he were in some kind of pain. “Are
you okay?”
“No! I want you here, but you are not here. I’m in pain from missing you too much.” He whimpered
as if he were sulking.
I sighed in frustration and rubbed my hand over my face. When did he become such a cute baby?
Everything in me wanted to go home, but I had promised Cecil I would be there for her, and I had to keep that promise. Besides, this would be the last time.
“I thought your class closed earlier on Wednesday?” he asked, breaking me out of my wandering thought. “What are you not telling me?” Oliver might be a lust–driven baby, but he had the mind to think thoroughly.
I turned around and found Seth and Cecil waiting for me. “Yeah, but something came up, and I am with Cecil. Look, I’ll be there before you know it, babe, and I will make up for it.”
I followed Cecil and Seth to La–Vogue Bar, one of the open bars close to the university. It was closer to my apartment and would make it easier to go home.

Chapter 20
As we sat down to order drinks, Cecil got up to ease herself like the usually down while 1 remained
with Seth.
He smiled at me, and I smiled back. The server came over to our table, and Seth gave her has order. as did Cecil, while I ordered a glass of lemon juice,
“So, how is my brother doing?” he began, and this was the first time he had asked about Oliver since he asked me to keep his and Cecil’s relationship a secret,
My lingering smile grew deeper, thinking about Oliver. “He’s good.”
Seth’s eyes flickered with affection at my response; it was obvious he loved his brother. It was sad they didn’t see eye to eye anymore, “He’s lucky to have you. I hope he knows that and doesn’t mess it
up.”
“I doubt he will,” I replied, and my mind wandered to Oliver.
He was home alone, and I wondered what he would be doing at this time. He would want to punish me for denying him for so long,
Getting punished by him wouldn’t be that bad,
I got an incoming message from Oliver, and upon opening it, I saw a picture of him naked and seated in bed with the caption:
<I’m waiting for you>
Received at 5:39 p.m.
From Olly
I pressed my lips together and zoomed in on the picture to get a clearer view of his toned body. My carnal desires kicked in because I wanted every piece of him. I wanted to be under him.

Another attachment came with this message. Another picture of him from a different angle, and this
time, I saw his lower parts.
Yum.
My cheeks warmed up, and I was getting turned on, so I typed the response.
<Mine. I like the sound of that. I can’t wait to come home to your arms>
Sent at 5:44 p.m.
My phone beeped a few seconds later with a reply.
<I’ll do more than welcome you>
Received at 5:44
From Olly
I clicked on the attachment that came with the message, and Oliver had his hands wrapped around
his hardness and his eyes filled with desire.
I gasped at the picture and set my phone down. My legs clamped together, knowing what awaited
me at home, and I needed to leave as soon as possible.
The server brought over our drinks, but Cecil didn’t return from the restroom.
“Do you know what is keeping her for so long?” Seth asked.
When my thoughts returned, I realised Cecil had been absent longer than she should have been. Was
she getting cold feet about Seth? It’s been two weeks; was such a thing possible at this point? Dating a Plane came with its struggle. Did she weigh it and decide she wasn’t strong enough for it?
“I’ll go find her,” I said, rising from my seat.
I came to the bathroom and found Cecil leaning against the wall with her eyes closed.
“Hey,” I called as I stepped closer.
Her lashes fluttered, and she turned to look at me and said, “Hey, I am sorry. I cannot do this; I’m sorry.” she answered.
I hurried over to her and hugged her tightly. I understood her fear and scepticism. “It’s fine; you do not have to apologise; it’s a good thing you are sure now rather than two years in.”

She pulled back, and her eyes were glassy. “What do I do now?”
“You have to tell him. Seth has been kind and understanding so far, I think he will understand this
and handle it like a man.”
We returned to the table, and Cecil revealed the truth to Seth. Though hurt, he appreciated her honesty and bravery in telling the truth.
“We can at least be friends.” He said, and she nodded, looking less nervous now,
“To friends,” I said and raised my glass.
They also picked up their drinks, and we happily made the toast,
I didn’t know much about what happened after because my senses began to fail me when I dropped my glass on the table. It felt foggy, and my consciousness struggled to stay dominant but failed in the fight for strength.
I heard Seth ask, “Are you okay?” Before my senses entered complete darkness.
