Back home, I was still shaken.]
Seeing my unusual expression, Daisy curiously asked what happened.[]
I angrily told her what had just occurred, including how Ivan nearly threw me into the water and wanted me to hand over my salary.

She took my silence as reflection and started lecturing non stop: “It’s normal for a boyfriend to joke around with you, but you got so angry you even kicked him. Ivan must feel very wronged as your boyfriend.”
“And handing over your salary is such a small matter. When two people are together, they should plan for the future. It’s not unreasonable for Ivan to want to manage the money. With your reckless spending, you’ll eventually bankrupt the family.”
