Vivien’s dark eyes stayed locked on mine as she reached up, fingers slipping into her hair, pulling the rubber band loose. The long, dark curls tumbled down her back, wild and free, framing her flushed cheeks and those lips–lips that had been teasing me all damn night.
She knew exactly what she was doing.
I was still sitting on the edge of the couch, my body coiled tight, barely breathing as I watched her fingers drift down to the buttons of her thin cotton shirt. One by one, she slipped them free, the fabric parting to reveal smooth, golden skin, the lace of her bra barely containing the curves I had spent a year memorizing through clothes.
Then she shrugged the shirt off.
