Wesley took a deep breath. “Candy, marriage needs to be planned carefully. We can’t just get married casually.”
“Enough!”
Before he could finish, Candy interrupted him.

She got off the bed, tears already in her eyes. “I know that. You don’t have to say anything more.”
Candy began to pack her things in front of Wesley.
In fact, she didn’t bring much with her. She had come here to investigate Lydia, not for vacation. So, she had little stuff and packed it in just over ten minutes.
She dragged her suitcase and stood face to face with Wesley. She looked at him and said, “I’ll ask you one last time, are you willing to marry me?”
Before this, Candy had never thought that she would become a woman who forced a man to get married one day.
When she watched TV dramas before, she always looked down on such people. But now that it really happened to her, she realized that she was forced.
If Wesley had expressed his opinion, she wouldn’t be so

aggressive.
“Candy, it’s too late now. Can we talk about it tomorrow?”
Candy got his answer and suddenly laughed.
She thought, “I’m breaking up with him, but he just thinks it’s something we can talk about tomorrow. No way.”
Candy pulled her suitcase and opened the door of the hotel room. She turned to look at Wesley and said, “Wesley, let’s break up!”

Chloe had taken a shower in the villa and was about to go to bed when she heard the doorbell ring.
She opened the bedroom door and went downstairs. She saw Candy standing at the door, dragging a suitcase.
Candy was relatively normal before she saw Chloe. She said nothing when she met James‘ puzzled gaze.
But when she saw Chloe coming down from the second floor, she burst into tears. “Chloe!”
She let go of her suitcase and ran in. She hugged Chloe and cried on Chloe’s shoulder.
Chloe was stunned. She glanced at James and saw that he was shrugging to show that he didn’t know what was going on. Chloe could only pat Candy on the back to comfort her.

“It’s okay. I’m here. Just ery. It will be better after crying.”

Candy cried for ten minutes before she calmed down a little. She was still crying, but she could speak now.
Michael, James, and Chloe were all sitting in the living room. Admas was still at Miller Manor. No one knew what they had talked about. He hadn’t come back for two days.
“What happened? Didn’t you go back with Wesley?” asked Chloe.
She thought, “I let Candy follow Wesley because I thought Wesley wouldn’t hurt her. Why did it turn out like this in one afternoon?”
Candy heard these words and began to cry again.
She raised her hand to wipe away her tears and pretended to be strong, saying, “Wesley and I broke up.”
Hearing this, everyone in the room was stunned.
Wasn’t everything fine yesterday? Why did they break up today?
Chloe pulled Candy’s suitcase in from outside. They were abroad, and the suitcase might disappear in a moment.
Only a man like James would invite stranger neighbors to his home for dinner. He was really careless.
Candy’s eyes were red, and she looked like a pitiful rabbit.

Chloe asked her to sit in the living room and wet a towel to wipe her face before asking, “Why did you break up so suddenly?”
Candy had recovered a little by now. When she heard this question, she was angrier than sad. “What else could it be? He doesn’t want to marry me.”
Chloe was stunned. She hadn’t expected that what she had said hit the nail on the head. These two really couldn’t get over the hurdle of getting married.
“Candy, could there be some misunderstanding? I don’t think Wesley is just playing you.”
Chloe still remembered how Wesley looked when he came to her and asked to get back together with Candy. His feelings for Candy should not fade away so quickly!
“Men are always deceiving. He said he loved me, but I’m just a short–term choice for him!”
Candy felt sad again when she said this.
She became aware of matters between men and women at an early age. But her favorite person was Wesley, and she had only fantasized about being married to Wesley.
But she was wrong!
