Ten minutes later, Celine stepped out of the elevator on the twenty–second floor
Following the signs, Celine went to get a queue number. The stall handing out numbers was briefly awestruck by her beauty.
Regaining composure, she handed the number to Celine, politely saying, “Ms. Miller, please line up over there.”
Celine gave a slight nod and replied politely, “Okay, thank you”
Clutching the number tightly, she felt more nervous. She whispered to herself, “Celine, you can do this.”
This was her only opportunity to turn things around.
Inside the waiting room, a large crowd of over a hundred people was seated. Among them were many second and third–tier well–known actresses, each of whom had pulled strings and used all their efforts for this audition.
