Hearing Freya’s words, Kieran’s expression turned icy.
Freya said, “I think it’s best if we go our separate ways. Once the current gossip about us dies down, we e can find an excuse to call off the engagement, right?”
“So, you want to break off the engagement?” asked Kieran.
“Yes.” Freya didn’t hesitate to give her answer.
“Fine, let me tell you this,” Kieran enunciated each word, “In your dreams.” After saying that, Kieran gestured with his hand. “Come in!”
From outside, Jarrett led a group of people in.
Freya frowned slightly.
Kieran ordered, “Pack up Ms. Dawson’s belongings.”
“Understood.”
