From the video the police shared with me, I learned that Darren had gotten into a huge fight with Eunice a few days before he crashed his car into me.
Even after Eunice’s fall from grace, she still wanted to be with Darren.
Eunice had been smart. She knew that she had a shady past, so she had been putting a chunk of her money in an overseas bank account every year. This was so that in the event she could no longer be an actress, she could still always move abroad and start over.
In the video, she was trying to convince Darren to move abroad with her. She also told him that she had

However, Darren argued that he wanted to kill me by running me over with a car and faking an accident scene. Eunice didn’t have the guts to do it and kept trying to advise him against it.
Eventually, their argument turned into a full–blown fight. In the end, Darren roughly shoved Eunice aside and left without turning back.
In his anger, he never even realized that Eunice had fallen and hit her head against the coffee table. Then, she fell straight onto some broken glass where a sharp piece of glass impaled her on the neck. And, that was how Eunice bled to death.
A few days later, the neighbors smelled a terrible rotting stench and called the management to take a look. They found Eunice’s body after forcefully breaking through the locked doors. After that, the police arrived and cordoned off the entire area.
The police managed to find out the truth behind Eunice’s death. I was shocked to silence when I heard ‘this.
Then, I decided to call my lawyer. He understood what I wanted immediately.
Eunice’s mother, Molly Crest, filed a lawsuit against Darren in court, and the jury found him guilty on all charges. With that, Daren was given a death sentence, and it was to be carried out immediately without delay.
On the day of his sentence, Molly held a framed photo of Eunice as she watched the executioner carry out Darren’s death sentence. Tears fell from her eyes as she watched the entire process.
Then, she took all the money Eunice left behind and moved away. She emigrated to the city abroad that Eunice had always wanted to go to.
A few months after the incident, the top trending topics were finally getting replaced by other random news and hashtags.
There were fewer than a handful of people who would still bring up Darren’s and Eunice’s names. Meanwhile, I was still living my usual life and moving forward each day.
Once in a while, I would think about Eunice and sigh. If only she’d chosen to bring her mother abroad with her, she would probably still have been alive today. As expected, being a hopeless romantic could endanger lives too!
Now, I would occasionally go out and explore the world with my family. Oh, and my best friend Cindy
