+25 BONUS
I never thought that the day would come when my best friend would become my sister–in–law.
As it turned out, Cindy had stayed by my side after my accident to take care of me at the hospital, praying that I would wake up soon.
Adam took notice of her and thought that she was a very sincere person. Also, since he was nearing his mid–30s, our parents were starting to nag at him to get married soon.
He thought that Cindy was a good wife candidate because she treated me well and he was also quite fond of her. Also, business alliance marriages were always a good thing to happen because it greatly benefited both our families.
So, after I recovered from the accident, he started pursuing Cindy.
On the other hand, Cindy had taken a liking to Adam because of his looks at first. Since her own parents also wanted her to marry and settle down soon, she decided to give Adam a chance.
As luck would have it, Adam and Cindy got along like a house on fire. They were very happy with each other and began officially dating after that.
After dating for three years, Adam finally proposed to Cindy when he was 35 years old.
Her parents and ours were very satisfied with the marriage. And, with that, my best friend became my sister–in–law.
However, after Cindy became family, Adam seemed to be wary of me. It was as if he was worried that I would steal Cindy away from him!
Who would have thought that my cold and apathetic elder brother would behave like this one day? He used to spoil me rotten in the past, but now, he was spoiling Cindy instead.
“Cindy, don’t run so fast! You’re with child!” Adam exclaimed in fright. He chased after her when he saw Cindy running toward me with her bright eyes as soon as I got home.

I enveloped Cindy in a big hug and turned my back to him. I really couldn’t bear to see Adam behaving like this!
