After ending his call with Liliana, he put his phone away with a satisfied smile. Marshall, who had come to pick him up, glanced at his phone and then at Paul’s snug expression.
“Seriously? Can you stop parading around with that lovestruck expression? It’s creepy,” Marshall said with a mock shiver.
Paul rolled his eyes.
“Admit it, you’re just jealous because you don’t have a little sister.”
Marshall sighed. “Having a sister is such a big deal, huh? I have a younger brother, you know.”
Paul’s devotion to his sister was, in Marshall’s opinion, downright excessive.
If you keep this up, I’ll leave and head to Borealia Military Academy alone, Marshall warned, smirking.
“Don’t! I haven’t stretched my legs in ages. It’d be great to spar a little, Paul said enthusiastically. “If my dad hadn’t been so against it, I’d have joined the military too. We’d probably be comrades by now.”
Marshall raised an eyebrow. “Not rushing home to visit Liliana?”

Marshall shook his head at Paul’s boundless energy.

“My father said the new instructor isn’t from the military. Apparently, they even knocked Felix flat during a demonstration. Marshall said.
“Let’s go!” Paul grabbed Marshall and dragged him toward Borealia Military Academy, eager for action.
Elsewhere, Olivia was preparing to release more information when she saw Starlit Entertainment’s public statement. They had pinned all the blame on Daisy to protect Amelia.
Grinding her knuckles, Olivia decided to add fuel to the fire.
Just as she was about to act, her phone rang. Seeing Felix’s name on the screen, Olivia sighed.
“Hello?” she answered.
Felix’s voice came through immediately.
“Olivia, the contract is signed and everything’s set. Don’t you think it’s about time you paid a visit to the military academy?”
