Liam glanced briefly at Vance before turning his warm, affectionate gaze back to Olivia.
“Livi, if Alexander ever dares to bully you, just tell me. I might be old, but I still have the strength to break his legs.”

Alexander showed no reaction.
Liam’s brows furrowed in displeasure.
“He said he’d take me shopping for clothes in a few days. Isn’t that right, Hubby?” Olivia said, pretending to be close as she sat next to Alexander and clung to his arm.
She was serious about keeping Liam happy, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t take advantage of the situation.
Alexander was speechless.
Lately, Olivia’s behavior in the Wilson family had changed noticeably. The woman who used to orbit around him now treated him like he didn’t exist.

Vance was stunned.

“Livi, you eat it,” Liam said, his tone instantly gentle as he placed the fish on Olivia’s plate.
Speechless, Vance quietly aimed his fork at the braised pork.

“That’s Livi’s favorite too!” Liam declared as he handed Olivia another piece.
Vance was on the verge of tears.
“Grandpa, am I even your biological grandson?” he asked in despair.
Liam, unbothered, replied, “No.”
Vance was dumbstruck.
“Your dad is,” Liam added.
Vance didn’t know how to respond.
Ignoring him, Liam turned to Alexander with a stern expression. “You’re a grown man, and you still don’t know how to take care of your wife. Why aren’t you serving Livi any food?”
Faced with Liam’s command, Alexander, expressionless, added a piece of food to Olivia’s plate.
But her plate was already piled high with food, courtesy of Liam, leaving no room for more.
Olivia blinked, then smiled brightly and opened her mouth.
“Hubby, feed me.”
Ah, how the tables turn!
Alexander’s face instantly darkened.
Liam coughed pointedly.
Alexander took a deep breath, picked up the food, and fed it to Olivia.
Vance, caught off guard, was force–fed a mouthful of “dog food.”
Liam, on the other hand, was delighted.

Throughout the meal, Olivia and Liam interacted warmly, while the Wilson brothers barely tasted their food.
After dinner, Alexander excused himself and went upstairs.
