Chapter 6 Trash Belonged with Trash
Olivia stood before her desk, staring at the pile of garbage, the scene resonating with memories from her past life.
Trash–strewn desks, running errands during breaks, and blatant mockery, these were almost all of Olivia’s experiences at St. Rona Academy.
The wealthy students made it their pastime to entertain themselves by trampling on the dignity of students from less privileged backgrounds.
In her previous life, Olivia had only been transferred to St. Rona Academy after her engagement to Alexander. She had been a people–pleaser, silently enduring the bullying from the academy.
“Livi… I wanted to help you clean up, but they… wouldn’t let me.” Isabella, who had been hiding in a corner, hurried to Olivia’s side. She was a special admissions student and had been the target of bullying before Olivia’s arrival.
Olivia glanced at the girl, who was a bit shorter than herself. This girl, Isabella, was Olivia’s only friend at St. Rona Academy.
Seeing her rare ally from the past life, Olivia instinctively patted Isabella’s head before turning her gaze sharply through her glasses, surveying everyone in the classroom.
“Who did this?”
The students of the performance department didn’t take Olivia’s question seriously. Mia, propped up on her elbow with an air of superiority, looked at Olivia disdainfully.
“Trash should be with trash. You were in charge of the cleanliness. Since you weren’t here this morning, naturally, the trash ended up on your desk.”
Mia’s gaze was as contemptuous as if she were looking at a repulsive rat.
“You did this?” Olivia asked, looking at Mia’s haughty attitude, not surprised at all.
In her previous life, Mia had also led the bullying against Olivia.
Mia, oblivious to Olivia’s change, waved her hand dismissively and said, “You don’t need to thank me. Now get it cleaned up quickly. It really stinks.”
“Yeah! Why are you still standing there? Do you like the smell? We can’t stand it.”
“Olivia, are you fond of the trash? Just take it with you if you like it so much.”
The group of girls laughed cruelly, and Isabella’s face grew increasingly distressed. She wanted to help Olivia clean the desk but was stopped by Olivia’s firm gesture.
“I’ll handle it.”
Olivia efficiently emptied the trash back into the bin.
“See, if you had listened sooner, it would have been fine.” Mia said, knowing Olivia wouldn’t dare to retaliate. She turned away smugly, satisfied with Olivia’s obedient response.

As Mia and her friends continued their conversation, engrossed in their world, a gasp of shock broke through their chatter.
Before Mia could comprehend what was happening, a pile of trash was suddenly poured over her head.
Banana peels and other foul–smelling waste rained down, instantly covering Mia’s once–smooth hair and expensive designer clothes in a mess.
Everyone was stunned into silence, with those sitting opposite Mia unable to believe their eyes as Mia was showered in garbage.
Olivia, holding the now–empty trash can above Mia’s head, looked down at the covered Mia with a smile.
“Exactly. Trash belongs with trash.”
