Without hesitation, I slapped him across the face, hard enough to leave
five bright red fingerprints.
“Hsss!” Talon grabbed his cheek and cursed, “You filthy b**ch! How dare
you hit me? I’ll kill you today!”
He pinned my arms down and yanked at my clothes even more violently, his whole body pressing down on me.
At this point, his actions were unmistakably criminal, and whatever I did
next would be self–defense.
Neither Verity nor Talon could have predicted that the very camera they
used to blackmail me would record their crime.
I grabbed the stun gun I had hidden under my pillow and aimed it straight at Talon’s head, pressing the button hard.
He convulsed in pain, his body collapsing onto the floor.
Then, I reached for the scissors I had tucked away and, without mercy, went for his groin, giving him a permanent “snip.”
“Aaaghhh!”
“You shameless trash! I’m going to kill you!” Talon screamed, his voice echoing through the house.
I called 911, and the police arrived quickly.
When they cuffed Talon in cold steel, he struggled violently.

He glared at me with hatred, spewing curses, “You knew this all along, didn’t you? You planned the whole thing, you manipulative witch!‘I won’t let
you get away with this.”
I stood there, calm, watching him in his pathetic state. With a smirk, I lifted
the hidden camera in my hand, showing it to him.
Seeing the camera, Talon lost it. “You b**ch! I’ll kill you! I swear I’ll kill
you!”
“I’ll haunt you even after I’m dead,” he howled, as a female officer gave him a hard shove and barked, “Keep it together!”
After giving my statement at the police station, I returned home around 5
- PM.
By now, Verity must’ve been home. I couldn’t wait to see her face when she
realized I was fine.
