Caden walked towards him nonchalantly, a ring of domineering aura surrounded him, making the werewolves lower their heads and tremble as he passed them by.
“Scram.” Caden’s lips parted slightly as he uttered.
The werewolf in red and his lackeys swiftly got up and led the bar in fear.
“Ugh, Alpha, You never let me have any fun. I would have had a great time with those losers if you had let me out,” said Freya.
There was nothing I could do too. Caden happened to just appear at that moment. Was he stalking me?
I put down the bottle of wine in my hand and frowned at Caden. “What brought you here?” I asked.
Caden grabbed my arm in a swift movement and pushed me onto the couch. With his cold stare into my eyes, he asked, “So this is what you meant when you said you have something to attend to?”
Our eyes met. “Are you following me?” Didn’t I tell you to go ahead without me?” I pursed my lips.
Caden paused for a few seconds before he replied, “I was having a meeting for a business deal nearby.”
“What a small world.” There was no way I would buy that. It might be a coincidence the first few times when this happened, but it is hard to believe that he happened to be nearby this time around.
I shoved him away angrily. “Get off me. I am going home.”
For some reason, I started feeling strange and uneasy.
Something felt off.
Caden saw me stumbling around. He came over and helped me into his car. He ignited the engine and drove off to New Moon City.
As I sat in the passenger seat, a strange sensation washed over me.
My body felt like it was burning.
What was going on? It felt like I had been drugged.
Could it be my drink?
Must be the werewolf in red.
I tried recalling every single detail that happened tonight and confirmed that it must have been the werewolf in red. That bastard must have spiked my drink when I took a trip to the bathroom.

I rolled down the car window and rubbed my temples to cool myself down.
I felt the cool breeze sweeping past me, but it did little to cool me down. My head was spinning and the heat in my body was getting unbearable. It felt like my body was on fire, and I desperately needed someone to put off this fire of mine.

My consciousness gradually faded away. I looked at Caden who was in his driver’s seat. I couldn’t help but started to think how hot he was.
“Caden,” I unconsciously leaned towards him. My willpower was fighting against my body as I tried to grab onto Caden’s arm to push myself away from leaning onto him.
Caden flinched slightly and glanced at me with his side eyes. “Stop moving around, I am driving.”
“Pull over… I… I need to go to the hospital.” I clung to his arm as my breath became heavier.
“What’s wrong? Are you okay?” Caden realized something was off.
I was panting heavily and could barely speak. My face was burning hot.
Caden held my hand and gently felt my face. He soon realized the problem and asked, “Were you drugged?”
“Yes,” I nodded as I tried to stay conscious, “It was … that guy.”
Caden slammed on the brakes and pulled over to the side of the road. He helped me into the back seat. “Get some rest, I’ll get the doctor.”
“I am burning… It’s so hot … “I couldn’t take it anymore. The heat was taking over me, even Freya was moaning.
I ripped off the straps of my dress.
Caden’s POV:
The drug was hitting her hard.
She tore off her dress, revealing her smooth bare chest.
