Chapter 10
Calvin was thrown out by security, and Daisy was standing at the door, watching with a look of pure pity.
She rushed over, asking what happened, but the moment her hand touched Calvin’s clothes, she was pushed away.
“It’s all your fault!”
“If it weren’t for you seducing me, I wouldn’t have lost my job!”
Daisy couldn’t hold back her frustration.
“Aren’t you a rich kid? Do you even need this crappy job?”
A flash of guilt crossed Calvin’s face, which Daisy immediately noticed.
“I think you’re just pretending! If it weren’t for you, I’d probably already be married into a rich family!”
“A poor loser pretending to be generous!”
At the company entrance, as people came and went, everyone turned to look at Calvin when Daisy spoke.
Hearing the murmurs around him, Calvin slapped Daisy across the face.
I was watching the scene through the surveillance cameras, shocked,
I hadn’t expected Calvin to hide his true nature so well–he was not only immoral but also
violent.
Daisy fell to the ground, crying loudly.
The sound of police sirens grew closer, and Daisy, spotting the officers getting out of the car,
rushed over.
“Officer, this man hit me!”

“No, no, no, we’re a couple! I just accidentally bumped into her
Calvin tried to pull Daisy away, but the police stopped him immediately.
“You can’t hit people, even if you’re a couple. Names?”
“Daisy, and his name is Calvin!”
As soon as the police heard their names, they exchanged glances before escorting them to The police car.
“Come with us. Someone reported that you stole something”
When Ivy and I walked into the police station, Calvin jumped up from his seat
“You bitch! You’re framing me!”
He quickly turned to the police beside him.
“Miss Wright is coming, that villa is hers! We didn’t steal anything!TM
I walked up to the officers, pulled out my ID and property documents.
“The house is mine, and the Miss Wright he mentioned is also me.”
With a click, Ivy snapped a photo of Calvin’s stunned expression.
I turned and smiled at him.
“I’m the one who’s been supporting you all this time.”
With that, I pulled out another WhatsApp conversation and placed it in front of him.
“You… How could you lie to me?”
“You played with me, treating me like a dog?”
I scoffed, my gaze drifting to the anxious Daisy standing behind me.
“I used to genuinely like you. The day after I bought that–bag, I wanted to confess

everything to you. But I never expected…”
I didn’t finish my sentence, but Calvin knew exactly what I was referring to.
He quickly handed the surveillance footage to the police.
In the video, Calvin ordered everyone to take off their clothes.
But out of his sight, Daisy secretly slipped a diamond ring into her underwear.
Realizing the situation wasn’t in her favor, Daisy dropped all her previous disdain and
resentment toward me.
She walked straight to me and knelt down.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, Miss Wright. I’m vain, but I didn’t mean to take your things.”
“I didn’t like him. I thought he was rich, that’s why I was with Calvin. Please forgive me.”
“I… I can work for you, I’ll be
your maid…”
Before Daisy could finish her plea, an enraged Calvin kicked her aside.
He tried to continue, but the police quickly restrained him.
“You bitch!”
“You all are bitches! You’re all trying to screw me over!”
Seeing him like that, I couldn’t help but feel disgusted.
After the necessary conversation was completed, I decided to leave.
The rest of the situation was no longer my concern.
Just as I reached the door, a loud scream echoed behind me.
When I turned around, Calvin had been pinned to the ground by the police.
A fruit knife had been thrown just a step away from me.

The hatred in Calvin’s eyes as he looked at me was palpable,
“Bianca, I won’t let you off!”
“I hate you! You bitch!”
I scoffed, giving him a look of disdain.
“Stay in jail where you belong.”
I grabbed Ivy and walked out, getting farther and farther away from Calvin.
Until I could no longer hear his shouts.
In the car, Ivy clapped her hands excitedly.
“Great! Got rid of that trash!”
“We’re definitely going out to eat a big meal tonight, and celebrate!”
“No problem!”
