Natalie gave a bright smile as she said, “They’re all part of the sales department, but only Connor consistently performs well. Of course, I have to increase his commission and promote him to manager. This will show everyone that if they demonstrate their abilities and contribute, they will be rewarded

Luna was confused. “Ms. Shawn, if you demote the current manager, he’ll definitely fight—”
Natalie coldly interrupted her. “Fight back? How? He lacks leadership skills and undermines his team–what do I need such a manager for? Fire him. I don’t care what connections he has with higher–ups. Deliver the message to HR immediately.
“Announce Connor as the new manager of the sales department and inform everyone in the team that from now on, their salaries will be based on performance. With this change, who would still follow the old manager?”
When profits were at stake, the manager’s empty promises carried no weight.
Luna understood and left with a smile, thinking, ‘Ms. Shawn’s message is simple: attitude matters more than ability!
Natalie leaned back in her chair, closing her eyes for a moment of rest.
Having just her as the designer wasn’t enough. Easton’s move had caught her off guard.
But there was a silver lining: Natalie had the opportunity to hire even more talented designers, as the former designers, loyal to Isabelle and struggling to focus on their work after her departure, had all left.
She suddenly gave a sly smile and called Carl.
“Ms. Shawn,” Carl said with a chuckle.
Natalie responded, “Carl, tell HR to start recruiting designers. Post the compensation plan I sent you and cast a wide net.”

Carl chuckled, thinking, ‘Ms. Shawn is as mischievous as ever.”‘
Then he replied, “Understood. I’ll have HR post the recruitment notice.”
Natalie hung up the phone.
Before long, the company’s hiring announcement appeared on the website.
Fashion Fusion was looking to hire eight designers. Each designer would get their own live–streaming room and an assigned sales host. For every piece of clothing sold, they would receive a commission in addition to their salary.
The generous compensation plan attracted more designers to apply for the positions.
No one could resist the temptation of their annual salary rising from 70 thousand to 300 thousand dollars, but they also knew the pay was tied to the value they generated–their products carried the most weight.

In no time, Fashion Fusion’s HR department was overwhelmed with calls.
Having taken care of the design department, Natalie stabilized the rest of the company.
She cut some dead weight and kept those she considered competent.

In a single day, the company underwent a complete reshuffle, and finally, everything was quiet and orderly again.
Natalie left work in a good mood.
She didn’t ask Maurice to come over. The company had been in chaos today, and her plans weren’t ready yet.
She had made it clear that she was serious about the partnership, so she felt the need to present him with a solid business proposal to ensure he treated it seriously instead of agreeing to cooperate just because of their personal connection.
She was making money from women who loved beauty, so she couldn’t afford to be careless.

When Easton learned of Carl’s actions, a cold glint of murderous intent flickered in his eyes. His attempt to force Natalie to come to see him failed, and he ended up with the unwanted designers from her company.
Meanwhile, after seeing Fashion Fusion’s recent moves, Isabelle and the designers she had brought along thought that its executives must have lost their minds.
All the designers were tempted by the compensation plan Fashion Fusion was now offering, but it was too late for regret.
Isabelle’s eyes were cold and filled with determination–she was going to make sure Natalie became a laughingstock.

She forgot that she had turned her back on Fashion Fusion by agreeing to the Garcia Group’s offer to recruit her.
Beth Fisher, feeling indignant, said to Isabelle, “Ms. Marshall, you brought us here, but our monthly salary is less than 3,000 dollars, and we have to depend on our own abilities to make more. We’re earning 3,000 dollars less than what we made at Fashion Fusion.”
It was already tough for new designers like them to develop their careers.
If they had stayed at Fashion Fusion, they might have been able to develop their own style. What mattered was the company’s willingness to let their designs reach the public, giving them a chance to make a name for themselves.
With the fierce competition at the Garcia Group, they would always be in a supporting role.
Isabelle looked at Beth arrogantly and said, “What’s the rush? Do you think the fashion business is that easy? Fashion Fusion is just a small company. Do you think they can compete with Mr. Garcia? If I remember correctly, the real owner of Fashion Fusion hasn’t shown up in four or five years. Mr. Walsh has been managing it the whole time.
“It’s because of me that the business has been thriving these past few years. Without me, and with a whole new team of designers, it’s like a complete overhaul. Do you think they have any right to be arrogant?”
Beth pursed her lips and fell silent. She thought, ‘Isabelle sounds like she deserves all the credit for the success. The truth is that Fashion Fusion has thrived because of its efficient cash flow management.
‘But there’s no turning back for me now. I can only focus on carving out my own path here. Every industry is cutthroat these days. I hope I can make a name for myself at the Garcia Group amidst the intense competition.

That evening, Natalie had dinner plans with Murray and his grandmother.
As soon as she stepped out of the company building, her phone rang–it was Murray.
“Hello!” Natalie’s voice was cool.
“Natalie, it’s me. Don’t be so cold. We’re friends now, aren’t we?” Murray’s voice had a playful, slightly roguish charm.
Facing the setting sun, Natalie replied with a faint smile, “Mr. Spencer, I’m not being cold. In a world where relationships matter, I wouldn’t think of staying away from someone like you. Send me the address, and I’ll head over now.”

Murray chuckled. “How could I let you come by yourself? I’m already here to pick you up. Look to your left. See that flashy red sports car? That’s me.”
Natalie glanced to her left and, sure enough, there was a red sports car parked at the entrance.
Murray waved at her, his stunning face lit up with a captivating smile.
Natalie had Luna follow in another car.
Then she walked towards Murray’s car.
Murray got out and opened the door for her, gesturing for her to get in.
Natalie’s lips curved slightly. “Thank you.”
Murray’s charming eyes sparkled even more as he looked at her gorgeous face.
Murray didn’t like wearing suits; he preferred casual clothes. Today, he was dressed in a white casual shirt and jeans, giving him a youthful vibe.
After work, Natalie had changed into a comfortable sweatshirt. Both of them were dressed casually.
Murray was pleased to see that both of them were dressed casually.
“Natalie, let’s go,” Murray said as he started the car and headed for the restaurant.
Not far away, Easton arrived just a moment too late. He stood there watching as Natalie left in Murray’s car.
Jennifer, who had come to see Easton, also saw it.
A trace of jealousy flashed through her eyes. Murray had once treated her very well, but after that incident came to light, his attention had shifted entirely to Natalie.
Her voice, however, remained soft and gentle. “Easton, what’s going on with Natalie? First, it was Maurice, and now it’s Murray. Is she playing the field?”
