Chapter 81
Easton smiled coldly, and his enchanting aura immediately overwhelmed Natalie.
He sat there quietly, turning his head to look at Natalie. Their eyes met, and his intense and piercing gaze made her look
away.
In a steady, calm voice, he said, “Natalie, you’ve forgotten what told you last time–for us, it’s widowhood or nothing. Divorce is not an option.”
Natalie was speechless.
Darn it. There he went again with that line. She glared at him, with her large eyes filled with anger.
“If you’re not here to divorce me, why even come? If it’s not about the divorce, Mr. Garcia, please don’t bother me,” Natalie said.
She stood up and turned to Maurice and Carl, flashing a playful smile. “Mr. Walsh and Mr. Chambers, let’s go find another place to eat.”
She was very hungry and didn’t want these people to ruin her appetite.
Maurice gave Easton a cold glance. “Alright!”
Carl stood up, helping Natalie to stand.
Seeing Carl’s hand on Natalie’s arm, Easton felt the urge to pull it right off.
His hand on the table tightened slightly, and his eyes were filled with murderous intent.
Jennifer looked at Easton in shock and thought, ‘Natalie wants a divorce, so why is he the one refusing? There is widowhood or nothing in his marriage. Then what does that make me? A mistress?”
After Natalie and the others left, Jennifer looked at Easton with tears streaming down her face. “Easton, can you really live with yourself after doing this to me? What do you take me for? You promised to marry me! How could you break your promise?”
Easton stood up, with his tall figure casting a shadow as he looked at her indifferently. “Jennifer, I thought I made things clear last time. Besides, you went too far today. In the future, don’t come to my house anymore.”
The indifferent tone made Jennifer take a step back in surprise.
She knew Easton was furious, but didn’t know what made him mad.
She thought, ‘Was it because I told Natalie I was at Easton’s place last night?‘
“Easton, I just love you so much. Why are you treating me like this?” Jennifer’s voice was full of grievance, crying pitifully.
Even Jasmine sympathized with her.
“Mr. Garcia, weren’t you already divorced from Natalie? She doesn’t deserve you. Jennifer is pure and innocent. She’s your perfect match,” she said.
Easton looked at her coldly, as cold as ice.
Jasmine bit her lip, lowered her head, and didn’t dare to speak again. Easton was very indifferent and quite intimidating, except when he was with Jennifer, to whom he showed a hint of gentleness.

Seeing this, Jasmine took out her phone and called Jason. “Jason you’d better hurry back. Jennifer is being seriously bullied by Natalie.”
“Jason, hurry back, Jennifer is being bullied by Natalie.” Jason had been busy preparing for a car race recently. Hearing his girlfriend’s words, he was furious. “Jasmine, what did Natalie do to make Jennifer unhappy?”

Hearing this, Jasmine smiled happily and tugged at Jennifer’s sleeve. “Jennifer, stop crying. Your brother said he was coming back tonight to stand up for you.”
A glimmer appeared in Jennifer’s eyes. “Great! Thank my big brother for me.”
Jasmine chatted happily for a bit more before hanging up the phone.
She smiled maliciously, thinking that someone like Natalie didn’t deserve to be with them.
She was just a pest from the gutters.
Natalie was never in their league.
Jennifer wiped away her tears. With her big brother helping to handle Natalie, what was there to be afraid of?
Jason was impulsive. When he saw Natalie, he would definitely slap her hard, and then she could finally get back for the humiliation she endured today.
“Let’s go, Jasmine. Let’s get
some
food.”
Just thinking about the trouble Natalie would face tonight made her quite happy.
Natalie must feel awful getting hit by her biological brother.
Jasmine touched her belly. Tonight, it was time to reveal the truth to Jason.
“Jennifer, I want to open up to your eldest brother tonight.”
Jennifer glanced at her belly and chuckled. “You should have come clean long ago.”
Natalie and Maurice, along with Carl, moved to a different restaurant.
The three of them didn’t bring up the past incident again and were happily chatting over dinner.
Maurice saw she was eating happily and even joking around, which made him feel at ease.
After the dinner, everyone went their own ways. Natalie went back to the company while Carl continued with his tasks.
There was a design job interview today, and she had to review the work in person.
At the company, Natalie started another busy day.
There were many designers applying for the position.
Natalie personally selected eight designers and invited them for interviews at the company.
