Ash arrived at the Moreno family in the evening. The house was still the same, but Ash felt it was much more dilapidated.

Ash nodded and stopped in her tracks. “Are you the only one left in the house now? Has everyone else been fired?”
The servant’s face was ashen. The fatigue from work made her feel as if her soul had been sucked out. “Yes, I’m the only one left. The others didn’t ask for compensation. They took their salaries and left.”
“What about you? How many years have you worked here?” Ash asked.
The servant gestured with her fingers. “It’s been more than six years. I calculated it for five years, but they refused to compensate me. They said I should be grateful that they would pay me.
“It doesn’t matter. I want to fight them to the end. According to their current situation, they’re not far from bankruptcy. When they settle the assets later, I will get my pay and compensation.
When Ash heard it, she silently gave a thumbs up. “Good luck.”
“Ms. Moreno, where are you working now? Do you need help? I can work part–time. If the pay is good, I can work long and any time. Or do you need me to be an undercover for you here?”

Ash was silent for a moment. “Then how can you work so long here? I want to know what made you hold on for so long.”
“I’ve been gathering evidence and preparing to deal them a fatal blow. I’ve been holding back.” The servant silently clenched her fists.
Ash chuckled. “Alright, we’ll talk later. I have other things to deal with now.”
She walked into the house. The living room once filled with things was empty, looking minimalist. “Where is Samantha?”
“What are you doing here?” Lorelei was sitting on the sofa with a facial mask on. When she heard the sound, she was shocked. She opened her eyes and was surprised to see Ash there.
At the moment, the Moreno family was on a tight budget. Lorelei’s facial, three times a week, was canceled. So, she could only do it herself at home.

“Don’t be so sarcastic here. What do you want? Just say it. If you don’t, I’ll get someone to chase you away.” Samantha tried her best to calm down but was still a little angry.
Ash sneered and turned around seriously. “If I’m not wrong, no one in this family can chase me away. Who are you going to call for help?”
“I only want to ask you one thing. Are you going to continue to be with Samuel?” Ash stared at Samantha with a burning gaze.
