Before long, a batch of nourishing pills was ready. However, due to the limited ingredients, there weren’t many pills, and more than half of the main ingredient, ginseng, was left.
Ash looked at the dozen or so pills on the table, thought for a moment, and handed one to her assistant. “Wrap this one in a gift box.”
The assistant looked puzzled at the other pills. “Ms. Turner, why just one for auction? What about the rest?”
“I’m giving the others away.” Ash pulled out two small silver bottles and neatly divided the remaining pills into two portions.
The assistant’s eyes widened. “These pills can sell for over several million dollars at auction, and Ms. Turner is just giving them away?‘
Joe nearby was also surprised. He knew Ash was usually obsessed with money. Ever since she started making medicine five years ago, her creations had become incredibly valuable. She only sold them when she needed cash; otherwise, she kept them on her.
To make so many and only keep one for sale… Joe was shocked too.
Noticing their shock, Ash explained casually, “The elders in my new family have heart issues. Thought I’d help them out.”
After a long time considering what to gift, she realized this nourishing pill was the perfect choice. Dorothy and her mother obviously didn’t lack money, but both had heart conditions, so this was just right.
The assistant was dumbfounded. ‘Using such a miraculous nourishing pill as a health supplement? Is that even real? Most ordinary families can’t afford even one, and Ms. Turner is just giving away a whole bottle. Who is lucky enough to be her elder?‘
At that moment, the assistant couldn’t help but feel a twinge of envy.
Joe seemed to have an idea. He glanced at the two bottles of medicine, and then quickly looked away. There was still one left for auction, and he could have someone bid on it.
When Madeline returned, she had changed into a light purple deep–V gown, and her hair transformed into glamorous waves, making her look completely refreshed.
“Heard you’re hosting the family auction. Here’s a piece for you, Ash said, handing her the gift–wrapped nourishing pill.
Madeline grinned, her voice upbeat. “Prunella’s nourishing pill? Perfect! It’ll definitely draw a crowd. Don’t worry. I won’t take a cut; all the proceeds are yours.”
After dropping Ash off at the villa’s back door, Madeline handed over an invitation. “There’s an auction in three days. I saved you a spot; you might find something you like.”
“Thanks.” Ash tucked the invitation into her pocket and nimbly climbed over the wall.

Inside the villa, the gardener, Denton Collins, stared in disbelief as the Ash jumped down from the wall.
‘How can she do that without a scratch? She doesn’t seem to have the poise of a proper rich lady. Why not use the front door? She doesn’t look like she belongs to a good family at all. Denton shook his head, feeling disappointed as he watched

Family matters should stay private, so everything Jade did had been kept under wraps by the Turner family. No one knew.

Just then, Jade strolled by in a flowing white dress, her innocent expression shining through. “Denton, what’s my sister up to? Is she in a hurry?”
Her soft voice showed Denton plenty of respect, further confirming his thoughts. ‘Jade is warm and kind, unlike Ash, who seems oblivious to my presence.‘
“I don’t know why she wouldn’t use the front door. She’s been climbing over walls since noon and just got back,” Denton grumbled. “I’ve never seen a rich girl do such a thing. It’s like she’s hiding something.”
Jade fell into deep thought. ‘Ever since Ash returned, she’s been getting all the attention from our parents. Why would she need to do anything shady? Unless…‘
Jade suddenly remembered the woman she’d encountered outside Dream Couture.
‘Although Ash has everything now, before returning to the Turner family, she has nothing. Was she sneaking out to contact her previous benefactor?‘ The more Jade thought about it, the more likely it seemed.
She glanced at her bracelet, then handed it to Denton. “I heard your eldest son is getting married soon. Here’s a little something for you–consider it a congratulatory gift.”
Denton hesitated. But thinking of how much he needed for his son’s wedding, he accepted it. “Thank you, miss. If you need anything, just let me know.”
Jade smiled gently. “It’s just a small blessing.” With that, she left, knowing she had to play the long game; no room for mistakes.
In the next couple of days, Calvert didn’t come to pick up Jade. When Dorothy asked, he made up excuses about work.
Ash was more than happy to enjoy her free time, diving into her own projects. During this period, she rejected countless calls from the Moreno family, eventually changing her phone number for peace.
One evening after dinner, Jade suggested, “Ash, I heard there’s a big auction at Prime Oasis today. You’re just sitting around at home. Wanna go check it out together?”

Brooke immediately handed over a bank card. “There’s 30 million dollars in there. Buy whatever you want. If it’s not enough, just tell me.”
Jade bit her lip. ’30 million dollars? I’ve never received that much money before. Even now, all my cash doesn’t add up to that…
Ash reached out to take the card. Her mother’s gifts seemed quite extraordinary; the Turner family was wealthier than she thought.
Thinking back to her previous life with the Moreno family, where money was a bottomless pit, she felt a weight lift off her shoulders.
“Thanks, Mom.” Ash smiled, her face lighting up with joy.
