Taking out her phone, Ash stepped aside and sent a message to Bailey: [How much of a discount can you give me on today’s big order?]

Lorelei approached and looked at Samantha with concern. “What happened? What did she do now?”

But when Dexter thought about it, he couldn’t figure out what he’d done wrong. He had lost money on some investments recently, but that was nothing new. It wasn’t the first time.
