The air was cool and sweet, filled with the scent of wildflowers and distant whispers of wind brushing through the trees. When I opened my eyes again, I found myself in a beautiful garden, unlike anything I had ever seen before. The colors were brighter, the flowers more vivid, and a sense of peace settled deep into my bones. At the end of the garden, standing under a massive, glowing moon, was a beautiful woman. Her silver hair shimmered like liquid starlight, cascading down her back, and her long, white dress flowed with an otherworldly grace. She had an aura of holiness and nobility, something that made me feel both calm and awestruck at once.
The woman looked at me with gentle eyes, her voice soft but carrying the weight of eternity, “I am the Goddess of the Moon. I heard your prayers before your soul dissipated, and I have decided to give you a chance to start over.”
I blinked, barely able to process her words. My mind was still reeling from the events that had led

“That’s for you to discover for yourself.‘ The Moon Goddess said gently, ‘But remember, this gift comes with great responsibility. Your destiny is in your hands, and your choices will determine your future.‘
I clenched my fists, the memory of all that had been done to me flashing through my mind like a nightmare. I didn’t need time to think about it. I knew exactly what I wanted.
I’ll take revenge on them,” I said, my voice firm, “with my own hands. I’ll make sure they pay for what they’ve done. Give them their comeuppance.”
The goddess remained serene, though a flicker of something like sadness crossed her features. “Very well. But tell me, Sophia, what moment do you wish to return to? Where will you begin again?”

I closed my eyes, letting the memories flood back – my life, the betrayals, the lies, the pain that had crushed me under its weight. Then, the image of Linda came sharply into focus. Her smug face, her false tears, the destruction she had wreaked upon my life. She had been the start of it all.
“I want to go back,” I said, opening my eyes with a newfound determination, “to the first time I met
Linda.”

upon me. It was warm, comforting, and as it enveloped me, I felt something within me shift. “I will

the power to read the minds of those around you. Use it wisely, for knowledge is both a weapon and
aburden.”

When I opened my eyes again, I was standing in a place I knew all too well – the grand ballroom of my school. The music played softly in the background, the students were chatting and laughing,
dressed in their best outfits for the dance. But my focus wasn’t on them.
The moment I saw her, my heart stopped.

“Sophia,” she sneered, her voice dripping with malice. “Guess what? Do you think they’ll believe me,
or you?”
It all came rushing back. This was the school dance – the night she had framed me for pushing her into the pool, humiliating me in front of the entire school. The moment that had destroyed my reputation and led to years of suffering.
But this time was different. This time, I wasn’t that helpless girl anymore. I was ready.
