Alison felt conflicted, stammering, “I … I want to give it a try.

Brenda wanted to say more to persuade her.

Alison glanced at Robin, who hadn’t spared her a look, and with a determined heart, followed Max and Amanda toward Lance.
Watching Alison’s retreating figure, Brenda said anxiously, “Robin, Max and Amanda are deceiving her. We should stop her.”
