Julia listened and said, “Is that so?”

Maggie immediately understood that Julia was questioning her and implying that she was deliberately making things difficult.
Maggie smiled slightly and replied, “Miss Brown, the issues with the proposal are your responsibility. If you can’t identify the problems yourself, how can you ask us to do it for you? Do you think it’s appropriate?
You should understand that we’re not obligated to cooperate with you. By asking us to point out the problems, are you telling me that you want to cooperate with us but don’t even know what our company needs?
