Chapter 3
I was interrupted by Salvador’s phone ringing.
Salvador answered the phone.
The voice echoed in the cold and silent bedroom.
“Salvador, I had a nightmare, I dreamt about my brother… I feel so upset…”
“Okay, don’t be afraid, I’m coming over now,” Salvador said urgently.
He casually put on a piece of clothing and was about to leave.
Before leaving, it was as if he suddenly remembered something.
“What were you just about to say?”
And I had already restrained my emotions.
“It’s okay, we’ll talk about it when you come back.”
The next day, there were no traces of someone sleeping on the other side of the bed.
I decided to quit my job a few days before leaving.
Most of the clothes that were sorted out last night are to be donated.
When I took it out to give it to the deliveryman, I found that the opposite door was very lively.
The workers came in and out, all with brand new furniture.
There were many people, but I still spotted Salvador at first glance.
He put his arm around Elisa’s shoulder and directed the workers to arrange the furniture.
Salvador, this person, paid great attention to these details.
When he and I moved in, he was also like this, taking special leave to keep an eye on people.
He said, “This is how a home should be.”
But now, there is rarely his figure in my home.
“Miss, miss? What is your pick–up code?” The delivery guy woke me up.
The people inside the house heard it.
As soon as the deliveryman left, Elisa bounced out happily.

“Donna, Salvador said I always have nightmares, so he bought this. From now on, we will be neighbors, oh.”
Elisa approached, pretending to be cute, with her big eyes blinking.
I just couldn’t like her no matter what.
I didn’t want to pay attention to her and was about to go back.
Elisa, however, fell backwards as if she had been possessed.
I happened to run into the worker who was moving the cabinet.
I bumped my lower back against the corner of the cabinet.
“Ah!”
Up with tears from the pain.
Elisa’s eyes du
Salvador heard the sound and also ran out.
He helped Elisa up, and his eyes were about to overflow with tenderness.
Rubbing her wound a little bit.
Salvador had an incredulous look on his face.
“Donna, can you please stop being jealous like a little woman!”
Elisa’s face turned pale.
“Salvador, don’t scold sister Donna. It’s me, I shouldn’t have come over to disturb you… I am just an
extra.”
“How could you be redundant? You are my sister!”

My forehead throbbed with pain.
Their deep sibling bond felt nauseated no matter how many times you saw it.
My door was held shut by a hand.
“Donna, apologize to Elisa!”
I couldn’t help it.
“Why should I apologize for something I didn’t do?”
Salvador retorted, “Have you not done such things before?”

I laughed coldly again and again.
He always only believed in what he was willing to believe.
Elisa weakly waved her hand on the side.
“Don’t argue because of me, I’m sorry, it’s all my fault for not standing firm…”
Salvador held Elisa’s hand, but he stared at me.
“How did I not realize before that you were this kind of person?”
“So malicious, couldn’t tolerate even a grain of sand in their eyes.”
His eyes were like knives, slicing my heart and making it bleed.
